The Flower Garden's Guarantee 
The Flower Garden guarantee that web based orders will reflect the quality and artistic design The Flower Garden's reputation is known for.

DELIVERY

Most orders within our local delivery area can be guaranteed same day delivery, providing all details have been supplied, there have been no issues with the delivery process, and the order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri and 11am Sat.  We are closed on most public holidays, therefore your order will be sent out the next business day.

Our usual delivery hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 2pm Saturday. Any deliveries required outside of these hours should be arranged with the florist and surcharges apply.
 
We recommend sending flowers to recipients only when you know they will be home. Should the recipient not be home, we will leave the flowers in a safe place out of the weather at the address, provided the courier can gain access.  We cannot be held liable for flowers that are stolen, damaged, or lost due to the recipients not being home, if we have been given authority to leave the item/s. If Flowers cannot be delivered they will be taken back to the store for the recipient to collect or a redelivery fee can apply
 
If you are sending an order to a hospital please be sure to confirm the patient has not checked out. The Flower Garden  cannot be held liable for any unsuccessful deliveries made to hospitals due to incorrect information or patients having left the premises. Re-delivery fees apply.

It is against the law to sell or suply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. If you have ordered alcohol, an adult must must be there to receive the delivery. If we believe the receiver to be under 18 years of age they may be asked to show I.D.  We may not be able to leave the package at a premises if the recipient proves to not be home, unless prior authority has been given. Alcohol can only be ordered with flowers or in our gift hampers and cannot be delivered on their own.

TIMED DELIVERIES

The Flower Garden will make every attempt to accommodate your request, but timed deliveries cannot be guaranteed. If you do require an express delivery, please select express or ASAP delivery. Surcharges may apply.

Unfortunately no requests for timed deliveries can be accepted during peak periods, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.

RETURNS

The Flower Garden ensures only the freshest and highest quality flowers are hand selected each day. The Flower Garden only sell premium grade flowers, which are the highest quality product available.

The most crucial period for flowers is in the first 24 hours, affecting the longevity of your flowers as they absorb half the water they require to survive during this time. This is why we send most of our designs out in water.

Care instructions are included on our website for every The Flower Garden design. To increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers, please follow the instructions.

At The Flower Garden we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. However, it is important to remember that flowers are a perishable product and that they will react to their immediate environment . Unfortunately, once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in conditions may result in their longevity being reduced. Enviromental factors such as air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may have an adverse effect on the flowers. For this reason, and considering all the possible variables, it is difficult for The Flower Garden to guarantee blooms everytime. We are aware there are cases when mother nature may produce blooms that don't exactly have the staying power we expect. In these rare instances, The Flower Garden must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to assess the situation.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.
Please note; we do not refund. We will only supply replacement flowers.

To continually improve our products and services, please let us know if you are not 100% happy with your order. We will be happy to discuss this furthur with you.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order, your money will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee. All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the original online transaction. Note: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date & time. We are unable to cancel any orders in transit.

SUBSTITUTIONS 

We always strive to supply you with the exact arrangement that you have ordered, however, due to seasonal and daily availability we are not always able to supply the colour or flower varieties in the products pictured.

If substitution is required, we will substitue with colours or flower variety of equal value and quality. This may be done at the florist discretion and can be done so without notice.  If you require specific colours or varieties, please call the store following the placement of your order and confirm that the flower varieties and colours are in stock.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

We may advertise promotional codes from time to time, which will provide customers with discounts to their order value. Promotional codes are not transferable for cash or cash equivalents, and are not valid for the purchase of gift cards or gift vouchers. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and adjustments on previous purchases will not be made. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promotional code at any time without prior notice if, in our opinion, the promotional code is not being used in the manner and for the purposes intended.

ORDERS

The Flower Garden has sole discretion to accept or reject any order or any variation or modification of an order. The Flower Garden has sole discretion to accept or reject any order cancellation request. The Flower Garden expressly reserves the right to cancel and/or refund any order placed and/or paid for.

If you have entered into a subscription arrangement to receive flowers on a regular basis (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) you agree that your subscription will continue until such time as it is cancelled by you. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must do so prior to 11.59 pm on the day prior to your next scheduled delivery.

PRICE

Any price indications or price lists provided by The Flower Garden are subject to alteration at any time without notice. For the avoidance of doubt this includes subscription arrangements.

THE FINE PRINT

  • All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include taxes where applicable. By visiting, using and ordering from our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out by The Flower Garden
  • Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the The Flower Garden website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
  • Flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery
  • Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.
